Before a Payout: Our Conditions
Every payout at Imperial Wins starts with identity verification, which asks for a photo ID and proof of address. Our check takes up to 48 hours, and your Imperial Wins registration details must match your official documents or the payout can be refused. After that, the payout waits through a pending period of 0 to 5 days, then travels by the method you chose.
Conditions That Apply to Every Withdrawal
Check these points before you request a withdrawal:
- Automatic verification is triggered when deposits reach NZD 2,000 within six months in the New Zealand version.
- Funds not wagered at least three times carry a 15% administrative fee.
- The withdrawal must reach the minimum: NZD 180 to 196, ZAR 215 or EUR 100.
- Bonus funds follow their own wagering of 40x on deposit plus bonus before they can leave the account.
The Imperial Wins bonus guide explains wagering requirements for deposit matches and free-spin winnings.
Limits per Transaction and per Period
These ceilings apply in the cashier:
- Maximum deposit: NZD 12,600 per transaction in New Zealand dollars and ZAR 150,500 in rand.

- Monthly withdrawal limit: typically EUR 5,000 or EUR 15,000.
